Langley Mill CE Infant School and Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff, volunteers, visitors and contractors to share this commitment. Safeguarding is EVERYONE’S responsibility and as an employee or when working in or visiting our school you should play a full part in keeping yourself and the children safe.

Our school has robust policies and procedures in place and expects anyone visiting or working on our premises to have an understanding of their roles and responsibilities in safeguarding and expectations around conduct and behaviour.

If you have any concerns that a child has been harmed, is at risk of harm, or you receive a disclosure, please contact the main reception as quickly as possible, and ask to speak to a member of staff with responsibility for child protection.
